Prawn kasalka This is my version of Prawns Masala Recipe. Looking forward to make these with different ingredients like fish or chicken. Ingredients of Prawn kasalka

  1. It's 25 of prawns (clean well).
  2. You need 20 of very spicy green chillies.
  3. You need 200 ml of curd.
  4. Prepare 2 inches of ginger.
  5. You need 1 of small onion finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 1 of small tomato finely chopped.
  7. It's 1 tablespoon of mustard for seasoning.
  8. You need 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
  9. It's 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
  10. It's 6 tablespoon of grated coconut.
  11. It's as required of Curry and coriander leaves for garnish.
  12. You need 50 ml of cooking oil.

Prawn kasalka instructions

  1. Take a pan add green chilli and ginger, fry two minutes then add with coconut and poppy seeds and grind it in a mixer jar to a smooth paste finally add curd and grind slightly and keep aside.
  2. Take another pan add oil,seasoning it with mustard then add onion,tomato,prawn,turmeric powder and fry for five minutes..
  3. Add curry and coriander leaves and stir..
  4. Then add grind mixture to it and add required salt and allow it to boil.
  5. Once started boiling keep it in a sim manner for 15 minutes and close the lid too.
  6. After 15 minutes it cooked well and we get a nice aroma,then transfer it to bowl.
  7. Our delicious spicy prawn kasalka is ready to serve..
