  4. After grinding the mixture add the onions, mint coriander leaves & beaten egg. combine all the ingredients together & make a dough.
  5. Apply oil in ur palms & pinch a lemon size ball from the dough. roll in breadcrumbs & shape them like cutlets..
  6. Heat oil in a pan & shallow fry until golden brown & crisp..
  7. Serve hot with onion rings & ur fav dips.
